A Fall Walk in the Park

Just as I thought the fall was coming to a close, we’re right back up near 60 degrees for the next few days! With the sun back out, it reminded me of a day earlier this fall that we took Scooter to Central Park to see the leaves changing colors. When we went it was still a little early and most leaves were still green, but we did see some shades of orange and yellow!

Scoots may be 9 years old, but he doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. That little guy can walk for miles (no exaggeration) without slowing down, even with his short little legs. He made quite a few friends a long the way and at the fountain too! There was a little girl who couldn’t have been older than 2 or 3 that couldn’t get enough of him. It was pretty cute.

By the time we were reaching mile 5, I was about ready to throw in the towel, even if Scooter wasn’t.. so it was back to the Upper East Side for us!
