This duck is heading west for a visit in May! I’m very excited to start another countdown for a visit home. I will be flying into Seattle late on the night of May 23rd and will be flying back on a red-eye on the 28th. I know a lot of people head out of town for Memorial Day, but if you’re going to be around I would love to see all of your faces!

Otherwise, I’m hoping to make it back for a longer trip sometime probably in July or August. As always, I’ll keep you guys posted!

Winter is heading out of the city in style on its last day leaving us with a nice 72 degree day! As of midnight tonight I will have survived my second winter here. Although for the exception of our freak Halloween snowstorm and the 4 inches we got in February we really didn’t have much of a winter… sorry west-coasters… I know you guys had a rough one this year.

Aw, I love beautiful churches. It’s always interesting when you stumble upon a great church in between the skyscrapers and buildings of the city.
