There are some mistakes we as humans only need to make once before learning our lesson. The old story of if you touch a hot stove you’re going to get burnt comes to mind here. While I didn’t touch a hot stove, I sure feel like it.
Note to self: Don’t forget socks for the gym. I promise you it’s not a pretty aftermath.. Better yet, don’t forget socks and then continue to run 6 miles on the treadmill. How bad could it really be? I’m proof to tell you the blisters are bad.
So you can count on this girl always packing an extra pair of socks in case I wear flats to work and forget!
